Camera ICS

Camera ICS is an upgraded version of the official camera app included in Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0 or higher). As such, it lets you take pictures, record videos, and take panoramic photographs.

Besides the default features in the camera, this version includes some new and interesting options. For example, it has new video effects: Pencil, Lomo, Documentary, Blue, Thermal, and Mosaic. All of these let you give a new artistic look to your videos. There are other new features for the videos as well, including 'funny face effects.'

Other interesting features in Camera ICS are: the ability to customize the volume buttons, change the image quality and the bitrate of videos, and choose where you want to save each type of file.

Camera ICS is a great camera app that lets you apply more filters than the default camera on Android 4.0, along with more customization options in general.
